Overview:
The Wielkopolska Cavalry Brigade had attacked and seized Sierakow, establishing a hasty defense. The 7th Horse Rifles were reinforced with the 7th Light Artillery and the TKS tanks of the 71st Independent Light Tank Company. The German Light Division 1 attacked toward Sierakow from the southeast, and ran into difficult antitank defenses. Polish 37mm antitank guns and 75mm artillery firing in direct mode quickly took their toll on the advancing panzers.Attacker: German (Elements 1st Light Division)
